ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Position Opening.

The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Zoning Administrator. Position reports to the Planning Director. Position is responsible for administration and enforcement of the City of Middletown’s Development Code. 

​

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Public Administration or closely related field and/or a minimum of two (2) years of equivalent experience in municipal planning, zoning, or public administration. Ability to obtain a Zoning Inspector Certification within 6 months of hire date through the International Code Council.
