Exterior Home Inspections

Code Inspectors perform inspections on residential homes and businesses. They can help encourage honesty and transparency concerning  these properties by providing unbiased professional opinions that help all parties make well informed decisions based on the current property conditions.

What is OCEOA?

The Ohio Code Enforcement Officials Association is a non-profit educational organization, open to individuals engaged in the enforcement of local, state, and federal codes and regulations.  The majority of members enforce housing, zoning, construction, public health and general nuisance ordinances for Ohio governments.

Focused on providing job-related training and support, OCEOA is led by a member-elected Board of Trustees and is the country's largest property maintenance-focused International Code Council (ICC) chapter.

OCEOA is an Preferred Education Provider for ICC certifications, and an approved training agency for registered sanitarians through the Ohio Department of Health.
