The August 27th, 2020 Meeting will be live online.

Cost is $15.00 per person.

Per ICC this seminar will be good for four hours for general property maintenance certification.

For our August 2020 meeting, OCEOA is excited to have a live online training class hosted by Greg Smith of GMS Presentations and Training (an ICC preferred provider). The topic will be “Housing Inspections 101 With Virtual Walkthru”. The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, August 27th, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the cost is $15 per person.

The online training is hosted through Zoom, which can be accessed via a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. A day or two before the presentation, OCEOA will send an email out to all registered members with a link to the presentation. Please note, this is a live presentation and not an on-demand webinar.
