Perry Township in Franklin County is seeking to fill a part-time Zoning Inspector position (12-20 hours per week). The employee shall assist residents with permit applications, review and issue permits, complete property inspections, identify and investigate zoning violations, respond to complaints and inquiries; submit reports.

 

Pay for this position ranges from $23.00 - $29.00 per hour (no benefits).

 

Preferred qualifications: Understanding and knowledge of zoning laws and codes, land planning/zoning; and understanding of local government practices.
