OCEOA is excited to have for our May meeting, a live online training class provided by Ceci Muela. The topic will be “Complaint Management from Start to Finish” The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, May 20th, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the cost is $15 per member. Non-members and those who have not yet renewed for 2021 must also pay the membership fee of $25 for a total of $40.

The online training is hosted through Zoom, which can be accessed via a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. A day or two before the presentation, OCEOA will send an email out to all registered members with a link to the presentation. Please note, this is a live presentation and not an on-demand webinar.
